Illustration, Visual Design

An artist at heart, during my time at SCCA I have found a new love for using illustration as part of my design toolkit for crafting unique solutions. I’m driven by a desire to connect with others and to create meaningful work that delights and inspires curiosity. I can’t wait to explore the next opportunity and continue to expand my skill set!

Wild Wonders Magazine

  • Visual Design

For tweens and teens, hearing news about the environment can be discouraging. Wild Wonders Magazine focuses on telling real stories about animals, wildlife research, and the people making a difference in the field of conservation. Each issue is filled with articles, illustrations, photography, and activities designed to educate and inspire.

Twice Sold Tales

  • Art Direction
  • Branding
  • Visual Design

Twice Sold Tales is a hidden gem located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. While those who know about the bookstore are often loyal customers, their reach is limited by inconsistent and outdated imagery. Using texture, shape, and a nod to literature and nostalgia, I crafted a new branding suite to use throughout a range of different media.

Climate Change Guide

  • Motion
  • Web Design

Overcoming climate change is the largest challenge we face in the 21st century. However, climate science is a complicated subject and basic concepts are not widely understood. I designed and built a website that breaks down complex jargon into simple concepts aided by engaging visual graphics and motion.

Thank you!

I am grateful to the teachers at SCCA for their tireless dedication and to all the amazing creatives in my cohorts who pushed and encouraged me every step of the way. I would not be here without the support and endless patience of my partner, family, and friends. Thank you!
