"Searching" is a quarterly magazine dedicated to the never-ending human need to search for answers to life's most mysterious and compelling questions. Articles range from pop culture interests to current scientific discoveries. This magazine is interested in the "why" of our search: what our questions can tell us about ourselves.
The goal of this project was to develop a cohesive and flexible brand system and deliverables that reflect the mission and voice of The Frye, a free contemporary art museum in Seattle, WA. This rebrand will help the museum to stand out in a metropolitan area and appeal to a younger audience, bringing in a new wave of potential future members.
In this project, three animated logos were created for existing brands that could use motion to help tell their story. Companies that primarily exist online need a way to stand out and visually communicate their brand in an overcrowded market. A good animated logo will make the brand more memorable and convey its personality and message quickly.
